Title : ITIL Process Analyst
Experience : 2 Years to 3 Years
Job Location : Chennai
- In-depth understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v2 and/or v3. ITIL Foundation certification preferred with a focus on Service Support – Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
- Functional knowledge of Remedy 7.x ITSM suite of applications. Architecture and administration experience a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Access.
- Experience with Crystal Reports required. Knowledge of database systems (SQL, Oracle) necessary for creating and managing scorecard and metrics reporting for Process management.
- Good competence with key IT tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Additional skills requested – Wiki and web authoring, coordinating QA/UAT testing practices including script creation and documentation management and automation.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills; oral and written communications and presentation skills.
