Title                       :               ITIL Process Analyst

Experience         :               2 Years to 3 Years

Job Location       :               Chennai

  1. In-depth understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v2 and/or v3.  ITIL Foundation certification preferred with a focus on Service Support – Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
  2. Functional knowledge of Remedy 7.x ITSM suite of applications.  Architecture and administration experience a plus.
  3. Experience with Microsoft Access.
  4. Experience with Crystal Reports required.  Knowledge of database systems (SQL, Oracle) necessary for creating and managing scorecard and metrics reporting for Process management.
  5. Good competence with key IT tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  6. Additional skills requested – Wiki and web authoring, coordinating QA/UAT testing practices including script creation and documentation management and automation.
  7. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills; oral and written communications and presentation skills.
