Head-Services Sales – National Role
Title : Head-Services Sales (2nd in line for VP/Sr VP – Service Sales)
Experience : 20-25 Years
Responsibilities include, but are not restricted to:
- Managing Service Business at National level. (PAN India Role)
- Managing team and operations. Tapping new potential distributors in unexplored regions.
- Marketing outsourcing business for RMA (Services dept).
- Preparing probable funnel list. Making presentations and official presence to all partners.
- Negotiations with OEM for Service business.
- Monitoring Service Operations for these partners.
- Presenting Monthly / Quarterly Performance Reports.
- Collection of payments. Handling OEM escalations.
- Business development / Marketing Management across IT/ITES/Networking/EMS industry.
- Should have of Service sales experience. Relevant experience of Service business to OEM.
