- Be responsible for meeting the sales/ market share/ profitability numbers for the business.
- Be responsible for channel management and for ensuring adequate channel ROI.
- Guide the zonal teams for setting channel targets and mentor them for ensuring achievement.
- Set up processes for reporting & tracking of sales and competition analysis.
- Benchmark and Design sales schemes for the channel partners (distributors and retailers).
- Be responsible for ensuring adequate retailer (market) coverage.
- 8+ years sales experience in building materials industry/consumer durables/FMCG.
- Good track record of sales trade/project management and capability to build up a team from scratch will be preferred.
- Must from Sales & Business Development BG.Candidate should have good understanding about the PAN India Market.
- Develop supportive working relationships with other service Line executives and support Team Managers.
- Strategize & implement various BTL activities (along with Head of Marketing) as appropriate.
- Participate in the formulating strategy for branding and product communication (along with Head of Marketing).
- Assist the demand generation & CRM teams of the company in:
- Undertaking periodic Consumer Awareness Generation programs
- Gather Market information, trends & intelligence
- Address customer complaints & issues in the territory
