- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information, excellent writing skills and a willingness to use them.
- Creating foundation blog and to online outreach and promotion of the same.
- Experience in using Social Media channels Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube and Twitter etc.
- Use social media marketing techniques and tools including Technorati, social bookmarking, tagging, and dynamics of XML and blog publishing to increase visibility, membership and traffic.
- Implement and manage social media programs for promoting a social portal.
- Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities for advancing our product.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media
- Update the management team and others across the company on incorporating relevant social media techniques into the product culture.
- Prepare MIS reports to assess the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts
- Excellent verbal communication skills, Computer Savvy, Online media savvy
Social Media Tools and Techniques:
- Technorati, WordPress , Social bookmarking, tagging, and XML Dynamics , Blog publishing, RSS Feed other familiar SMM tools like Topsy, Hootsuite etc.
