1. HR Manager (60%), Business Partner (30%) and Administrative (10%)
2. Contribute to the organization by supporting business leaders in identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes in Human Resources.
3. Support business leaders in forecasting and planning talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy.
4. Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice; performance appraisal systems and staff development.
5. Assist in ensuring discipline by helping to establish good work practices.
6. Undertake legal audit of the unit, check compliance and take corrective action.
7. Manage and lead HR Front-Line processes, including Payroll and Corporate Services.
8. Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes
1. Experience in Recruitment, Post-Recruitment, Induction, Offer Preparation, Payroll, Comp & Ben, Domestic Laws, Statutory and Exit Interviews.
2. Very good in MIS (Excel), Power Point, VLOOKUP, Mail Merge and Calendar Management.
