Title : Senior Specialist – HR Operations (Only Male Candidates)

Qualification : MSW or MBA – HR Specialization
Preferred : From Large IT Services Organization
Location : Electronic City, Bangalore
- Should have 5 + Years in HR Operations or Associated Services or Shared services.
- Communicating updates on Policies to the internal employees by conducting HR communication sessions with associates.
- Taking care of the entire process of Separation – Resignation / Termination/Absconding case.
- Represent HR in Client Audits, Preparing RFI & RFP for HR aspects and Client presentations
- Handling Confirmation, Annual & mid-term Promotion process closure.
- Provide end to end HRO solutions to the client by offering them HRO tools suiting their requirements. Assisting HRO pre-sales team on RFP’s.
- Defending the solution at client side, Should come with excellent communication skills and preferred to have interacted and worked with Global teams.
- Flexible in terms of work hours and ready to stretch and work in long hours on need basis.
- Should have a very good understanding and experience on Tools & Automation. Working experience on any ERP (PeopleSoft Preferred) tools on HRMS.
- Should come with a very good hands on experience in HR Operations process understanding. (Operations – Payroll, Hr Metrics, Scorecard, Dashboard, Hr Analytics, termination, exit interview, attendance, Audit, Vendor Management, performance appraisal, resignation, reporting etc)
- Conducting PIBS (DD) study at client side.
- Imparting Payroll/WFA/Benefits training to associates.
